Where applicable, California residents may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and rights concerning certain sales or sharing of personal information.
Gen7 will not discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.
California Do Not Track Disclosure
Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. There is currently no universally accepted standard governing how websites should respond to DNT signals.
Where required by applicable law, Gen7 will recognize legally valid browser-based privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for processing to which those signals apply.
12. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland and applicable data protection law governs Gen7's processing of your personal information, Gen7 may process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: where processing is necessary to provide Services you have requested or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;

For example, our websites use Webflow to host and operate the websites and their forms, and use Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage. Information processed by these providers is subject to their applicable privacy terms.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our practices, products, technology, or legal requirements.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice regarding material changes.
